Go to Connyak.org and look up pictures of Nick in his Petrel. He's always out in rough stuff with it. (photos usually by Carl) I'm a scaredy chicken, but in my Petrel, I'm much more confident. It is 17' x 20" and has amazing stability. I've probably only been in waves and chop 4' or less with it, but it handles them really well and surfs well too. Oh yeah, it works with a skinny stick too.
