The closest you'll get in stitch and glue would be CLC's Pax 18/20. You really can't get the performance of one of the boats you're looking at with a chined hull, the flows are too distrubed around the chines. That said, lots of races have been won with the Pax's. At that level performance is as much the paddler as the boat.
In strip built, take a look at Nick's Mystery, a very fast boat.
