chuck the idea of using carbon/kevlar, carbon, kevlar for the hull/deck. Get Nick Schades book and spin out on the permutations possible for the recommended glassing schedules using 4oz and 6oz e-glass, then include s-glass or fine weave 3.25oz e-glass. My limited experience is that lighter fine weave glass(RAKA 3.25) and regular weave glass will be a LOT easier to use than the 6oz fine weaves. If it's easier it'll be neater, if it's neater there's less excess epoxy.
If you want to go ultimate follow Pauls suggestions, not for the ultimate materials but the ultimate utilization of the grey matter making the boat.
Regarding pressure points on bulkheads it's mostly academic for a stiff hull made with 6oz glasss, anything that'll cause a crack to develop at a bulkhead will cause a crack to develop anyway. If it's really an issue you could put in a 2" wide strip of extra glass at the bulkhead location. Re. materials like carbon/kevlar, it's quite likely that any impact that that material will be better than the same amount of e-glass will result in delamination at the wood/carbon interface with more dificulty of repair than e or s glass.
