I'm glad you mentioned it, Tom. I was wandering all over the shop trying to figure out what to use for a sanding block with a gentle curve to it, preferably an elliptical curve... you know, rounder in the middle and flatter towards the ends was what I was looking for. I was just fixin' to make something when I spotted my store-bought "rubba bubba." PERFECT!

What's so great is that I've almost never used the stupid thing in all the ten or so years I've had it in the shop. Heck, I'm half surprised I haven't chunked it somewhere along the line. Now I use it all the time, lol.
