Depends on what epoxy and mostly hardener you're using. For example West brand epoxy with their 205 fast hardener is good down to 40 degrees. Will take more time than usual to set up, but it will set. Other brands also have low temperature hardeners. The downside is they usually don't allow for a perfectly clear finish.
