If you can find a garage and just use an electric space heater, that would work. If you can get the garage up to 60 for a few hours, that would be enough the get the epoxy to kick and harden enough for continued work. You need a space because the epoxy / glass part of the project takes a good several days. If your garage is huge you can section off an area with plastic to keep it warm.
