Good idea, but I'd change the location of the fan to push air into the tent, rather than suck it out. You would want to seal the tent around the boat. That is not a problem. Sucking air out of the bag would be. Unless the air intake was very large, the suction would turn the tent into a large vacuum bagging operation.

Better to put the fan on the opposite side of the vent and blow air into the tent. Let it puff up like a balloon, and excess air can escape out your vent pipe, along with any fumes. A hair dryer provides both a fan and heat which can help in colder situations, too. A larger fan will move more air and remove more fumes. No reason you can't have both. use the heated air while the resin sets up, then splice in the larger fan to blow out any scent.
