Thanks, that's a good idea - someone else has suggested heat-shrink window film, which may work too. I think the window film would be less money, but the airplane film may be more beefy. I used to make model planes (not rc), but that was back in antiquity when all we had to use was tissue and dope, so I'm not familiar with the new stuff. I'll be happy to use this an excuse to go check out a hobby shop to see what's available nowadays...
