I got your email and nomination, thanks. I will be waiting for a response from Daren N and friends as how to proceed.

Meanwhile back at ranch, maybe it would a prudent move in my part to ask the obvious question, "What makes a good resin system for kayak building that is lacking or falls short in the innumerous systems that are currently available today?

I typically have a list of questions which helps in narrowing down the field and provide a starting point formulation. My laboratory is stock with at least 1200 different types of base epoxy resin, curing agents, modifiers, performance additives and even scents that give off that new car smell.

If anybody would like to chime in and provide some guidance from the end user's point of view, I can provide an honest response beyond the limits of cost, practicality, and the availability of the technology itself.
