: I'm thinking about doing a wire skeg on my current build. I'd like to run the
: steel cable through a plastic tube that will bond with epoxy. What kind of
: plastic tube do I need for bonding with fiberglass and epoxy?
I've epoxied around plastic tube and it acted like a form. You end up with an epoxy tube coated with plastic on the inside. It was not that hard to keep the tube in place afterward to keep the wire from wearing through the epxoy. Would that work with your application?
