there's a million places on-line selling tubing of every kind imaginable.
HOWEVER:
at the Hardware store I paid around 30 cents a foot. All these places on-line are selling to industry and are charging top $$ because it's not coming out of anyone's pocket. Boating store like West Marine etc all carry it and I think it's used as a sheathing for stainless cable on sail boats.
Good luck - you may have to move to the US.
