The formula that is on page 185 works well. You must remember to change the lengths so that they come from the longitudinal center of the boat instead of the start of the form. Also, convert feet for the formula, and change back to inches later. I graphed out all of the forms in excel in september when I did the same thing you are doing, and they came out good.
