Google now has about a billion free books on canoes and kayaks, available online or on PDF, and all the classic literature on arctic exploration, canoeing, etc.
Just read online, or download the Adobe PDF book (best way) , I'm looking forward to reading the two Rob Roy classics (Europe and the middle east!)
