Tito was a representative for Malibu Kayaks and was most likely paddling a SOT. From what I read, he was also a representative of Kokatat and was most likely in a dry suit.

The part that gets me the most is that the news articles said that witnesses called police when they saw him going out in gnarly weather. If it was that bad, why did he go out?!
