I use both a GP and an euro, oh yeah also a wing. They are all different. I'm still learning with the GP but I like it and yes much cheaper :)

In lakes now I use the GP, on rivers the euro and for fitness the wing. Havn't found a way to make the GP strong enough on the tips to survive rivers, no real point, have several euro's to pick from.
