i'm able to get some pretty clear cherry , that i'm hoping to use as accent strips. i have a choice of air dryed for over a year and/or air dryed about 2 months. which would be the better ? also i might consider using it for the outer stems , in which case i was leaning the the less dry. any opinions or thoughts?
