Yeah, I read that discussion, but that was mostly about the waste of money as the mahogany was very valuable. The rosewood is nowhere near as valuable, in fact it costs a lot less than WRC here in Australia, about 1/2 the cost. So I would really like to use the rosewood, just want to know if it is going to result in a far too heavy Kayak.
