Well I should modify what I've said. While I don't use an end pour, I do use an internal stem and glue the strips to it. I also then fill the tight angle with microlight filled (very light) epoxy so it's kinda like an end pour but a whole bunch lighter. Also make it easier to finish the ends to me at least.
