Hi Kris,
There's been summat nibbling in my thoughts about feather and wind. Finally caught it. :)
Maybe it's where I paddle but more than half the time, the waves wind-shadow me. It does hit the blade if I use a high stroke style, much less so with lower stroke styles. I mostly use GP and find no problems with the wind. Even using my EP, un-feathered, the effect is pretty minimal.

I can't recall the last time I paddled in wind-less conditions. Wonder what that's like.
:) Of course, there ARE places where the wind stops blowing.
