Hello Tom, Thats exactly what I had in mind. A multichin version of what would be a smooth strip type kayak with rounded hulls. Your design is pretty much what I had in mind though I'm shooting for something in the 14-15' range at about 24" beam to accomodate rank beginners and those who have physical issues etc. allowing them to keep up with a typical 4-6 mile paddle club outing which requires a yak that can turn an easy 2-3 mph unlike many short recreation kayaks which track bad or are just plain slow (My wife's Kowee) Your Sea Otyer 15" is also in high consideration. Originally I figured on using the stripper design's (AUK etc) stations to position the multi chines and get the proper hull shape using your basic design principles at the stringer/cross member and stems.
