Search the forum and you will see lots of answers to this question. Whatever you use ... you want it to be strong as well as STABLE over the length of the project ... which could be over a year. IMO ... an external box beam strongback ala Ted Moores is the best way to go ... it's strong and stable. Mine has been dead nuts stable for the last 5 years.
