Glad I could help, Todd.
: Took a look at your website. Your boats are beautiful. Do have to ask about
: your commenting on the Guillemot as being "...a handful, at
: first". Anything we should be prepared for?
Gaw shucks... I went from paddling 16' canoes and an occasional plastic tub kayak to a high performance 17' x 21" wide Guillemot. The Guillemot was a bit of a handful at first. I could never get it pointing in a straight line. Hence the nickname "TS Willy Nilly!" Once I realized it was just responding to my body movements I found it was an absolute blast to paddle. It reads my mind especially when the wind/waves pick up on the big lakes we paddle (big for Maine and NH at least...). I love my little Guillemot.
Have a blast with your two boats. Sounds like a fun winter project. I just started a new winter project. Stay tuned for more details.
