I took the plunge and have been playing around with HULLS! and FreeShip. Since I am interested in Hybrids construction, Hulls has been a good choice. I can work out the deck design on the boat by eye and trail and error.

Since I have only a very basic understanding of hull design and a few questions. Is it better to post them here or in the Design forum? Looks like the Design forum isn't used much. But it's better to ask first.
