Epoxy: Paddle repair

I have a wood paddle that has a crack in the blade and I would like to repair it with epoxy and glass. But I am worried the epoxy will not stick because the wood has been treated with linseed oil and tung oil. Any suggestions as to the best way to prep the wood before applying the epoxy? Any help will be much appreciated.
