There are also some free photo hosting websites but not all of them will allow you to post photos on the web, just a link for people to see the photos and they sometimes require a password.
The service I use is Photobucket. It is free and provides quick links for posting photos on Forums such as this one. These links normally already contain the "http" heading so you must delete that heading from the "Optional Image URL" box on this forum before you copy your link into the box. Photos can be posted in different sizes, as you can see from this example, I have posted a very large format which goes off the screen. You should attempt to post photos that fit into the "window" size of the Forum to avoid the users from having to scroll off screen and up & down in order to view the entire photo.
