Try this. Move your cursor over the box with the little x in it. Right click on your mouse and you should get a box which gives yo some choices. Left click on Properties. That should bring up another box, which will have the link in it. copy that link info to the address bar on your browser and hopefully you'll get to the right place.

URLS are designed to be continuous strings of text, without spaces. My thinking is that the names for these web pages have spaces in them. While that makes for easy-to-read page titles for the author of the webpage, some computers choke over those spaces, or the coding (%20) which is inserted to fill them. If you look at Ted Henry's response to your question you'll see that the software which this BBS uses only highlights a portion of the complete link. The highlighting stops at the first %--and when you click on the highlighted area only a fragment of the full URL shows up in the address bar. That, of course, takes you nowhere.

At least that is my best guess.
