Yes, almost all kayaks have more V in the ends than the middle - as do mine - but that's a very crude simplification. As I said, if you look at designs such as Idglorssuit or Anas Acuta vs Black Pearl or Petrel they are at very different ends of the spectrum, and I'm interested in views on how this affects the kayak's behaviour.
