Hi Nick,
Shipping WRC strips from the US or Canada would bring up the cost to close to what you would pay this side of the Atlantic. That's part of why cedar strip cost so much here. (plus the profit margin)
It would be less expensive to buy planks and cut them into strips yourself, eith or without bead and coving them.
I'm not sure about the UK, but I discovered that WRC is grown in Ireland as managed plantations. The timber doesn't have the very tight grain of old growth but it's good secondary growth and it's less expensive than imported.

There may some plantations in the UK. Check out kellysearch.co.uk, they have some links to timber suppliers.
