Looks nice. Interesting that you would glass in your bulkheads before you join the deck and hull.

All I can say about the mismatch between the panels is, I'm glad I didn't pay any more for the plans than I did.

Perhaps if I build the hull and deck first, then hold up a sheet of ply where the deck side would be, and mark the outline on the inside of the sheet before I cut it out. Or just use creative clamping or just glom on the fairing paste like Nick did.
