Strip: OI vs Night Heron

Am looking at a second strip build and am interested in either the Outer Island
or Night Heron. I would be interested in hearing from others who have paddled or built both. Your thoughts on 1) tracking, 2) manuevering, 3) week long cargo capicity, 4) speed, 5) any construction issues would be much appreciated. Please only those that have paddled or built both.
