Yeh, when I picked up the full length sides to put them on the bench, it was telling me ouch, just a bit, but I figured I would get away with it until the inside and outside glass were on. No dice!!

I think I will just stick with the butt-blocks as well. I don't have the extra cloth to play with on layering. Since I have already saturated the plywood with resin, I will glue it with thickened resin and then it will get the glass outside and then inside. I believe Ihave just enough 3 and 6" tape to do the seams, so that will pretty much eliminate the taped butt-joint. That's O.K., as a new builder/glasser, I should have stuck to the plans and disregarded my feelings about the blocks. I'll be back on track after the weekend and will get the rest of the pics over to Glen-L for their Web-Letter.
