preparing chines and keel for the glass

I'm getting ready to glass the outside of my Ches 16. If I sand down my edges I will have to go pretty far into the plywood, should I round off the edge with wood flour epoxy? Which approach is better? Also, how rounded do I need to make the bow and stern to get the glass to lay well? Is it a pretty big glob of epoxy or just a little one? I'd like a sharp edge, but I don't want a crummy looking glass job. Any advice is appreciated. thanks.
