: Looking for a blade for my 10" Grizzly table saw for ripping cedar
: strips. I've heard from a few sources that a thin-kerf dedicated ripping
:I meant to say Vaclav--sorry!
blade is better than my 10" Freud 40 tooth combination blade. ( so
: says Val of One Ocean) I thought I heard somewhere that the wood tends to
: wander more with a combination or crosscut blade that a rip blade. I just
: thought that with something as soft as cedar, that it would be like butter
: with my combination blade. I was looking at an 8" Freud thin-kerf rip
: blade. Any thoughts? Also, in case anyone is interested, I bought two 10
: packs of Pony 2' Spring clamps at Costco today for $16 per pack. At $1.60
: each, it's by far the cheapest price I've seen. Don't know if Cosco is
: nationwide, but I thought I'd pass it on.
