Not the first time I've noticed people saying this; the Tern 17 seems to be a great boat for high-capacity needs but larger than the ideal for dayboating for some folks--at least that was my own decision in going for a Spring Run, which I'll probably shorten a little. Hey, Mr.Lockwood, Sir--what about a Tern 16?
