Hi Ken. In the instruction book I bought, Rob has the full size plan of the Bow pieces and I am actually going to start making them today. Pretty clever of Rob getting you to actually start before buying the plans. I am resurecting an old favorite 12" table sander that would be just the thing for making the nose pieces. The motor is burned out but I am going to use the table saw motor hooked to a pulley on the sander to power it. I bought this used 35 years ago and it was my favorite tool until it broke down a few years ago.
