Don't sweat it. It's not like it failed at a time when I really NEEDED it. I was just practicing in flat calm water, 4' deep, 15' from shore. (If I'd been in deeper water, the paddle wouldn't have hit bottom, so I wouldn't have torqued it enough to break it.) I knew this wasn't a ruggedly-built paddle, but I really appreciate your letting me play with it a while.

And I can still use it for broken-paddle/throwing stick roll practice! It's not dead yet! :)
