...but your local hardware store isn't likely to have that, either. Harmony sells it and any kayak shop that deals with them can get it for you. However, your local hardware store IS likely to carry Stanley Surform tools. Get the small curved one with the red handle; it's ideal for rough shaping minicell. In my experience, dragonskin is a bit more likely to tear the foam than the Surform tool. If you want a smoother surface than the Surform or dragonskin produces, use 150 grit drywall sanding screen on it after rough shaping.
