Bert, wherever you get them consider that you're actually getting two pair of aluminum footbraces for the price of one. The average footbraces have nearly 10-12" of adjustment available. Any kayak that is getting people of that diffference in leg length is fitting people that are too small or too big. Cut them in half and re-tap a mounting hole. Even then if it's your own boat you'll never use all the adjustments.
