: When tapering ends of cove and bead strips does it not leave spaces or
: pockets? e.x. you cut and end at 45 degrees, that end won't be flush or

Depending on which fit it is either use your block plane, or sander, what ever your tool of choice is and form the radius. if its a cove its a little less enjoyable but I use 1/4 in round file or a rat tail file.
