The largest paddler I've had in the boat said he was 6' 2" and weighed over 200 lbs. It was a tight fit. Other paddlers at 6' - 6'2" weighing around 180 fit OK.
If the total weight of the paddler and equipment exceeds 250 lbs., the deck would be awash and right on the waterline at the rear bulkhead.
The front bulkhead and front deck would probably have to be raised to fit a size 10+ shoe.
