Ron, have you seen the book by Charles Walbridge? It's a great book for learning how to make fiberglass whitewater kayaks. You might have noticed that the kayaks mentioned on this board are strip boats with the rest of us s&g nuts tossed in for flavor. Wood/glass/epoxy will probably be easier than making a mold to build a one-off fiberglass kayak.
