S&G: Pgmy Arctic Tern vs. Rolland Sea Wolfe

Fellow paddlers,
Any experience on kit building the 17' Pgmy Arctic Tern in direct comparison with the 17' Rolland Sea Wolfe? It appears the Sea Wolfe is easier to build. Which kit yields the better boat? Thanks for your advice and counsel.
