While perusing the NSWSKC site I came across a reference to Helicopter tape. It was apparently developed to protect the leading edges of helicopter rotor blades. The Aussies use it to protect paddle blade edges and gelcoat on bows and keels. At $275.00 for a 4"x36yd roll (see the URL below) you've got to believe this is some pretty serious stuff. Has anyone out here had any experience with it? Is it worth this kind of money?
