I looked at your pic here and I think it is like the Moore stem form. I built my boat (G.A) on an external strongback and used a different method for form removal. Tell me what you think. The problem with Nicks forms, when used on an external, is that you cannot get them out. So, I put the end form cleats at 90 degrees to the other cleats, and attached the form extension with hex head screws. When it came time to remove the extensions, the difficulty of removing dry wall screws was eliminated, since I could get the hex screws out with a ratchet box wrench from underneath the inverted hull. That way I could get away with a simpler form construction and an external strongback.
