I'm about to varnish my Guillemot Expeddition. Should I use a foam brush, rag, or sprayer to apply the coats. I would have to rent or borow the HVLP spray rig. Is the finish good enough to warrent the extra expense? Other than careful prep work, is there anything else that I should be taking into consideration other than maintaining a wet edge?
