Rob, I used MAS slow-cure epoxy which has cured for about 5 months. I carefully washed and cleaned with the recommended solvent prior to applying. Interlux tech support could only recommned using a badger hair brush (which I did), and making sure not to use silicon coated sandpaper (I use 3M and Norton garnet). Could this just be a bad batch of varnish?
