If it's not working after all that I'd say try something different.

The two part finishes seem great. I used them only a couple times. I really did not like the overpowering toxicity of the materials. It seemed like a respirator was not enough. My wife kicked me out of the house to remove my clothes the odor was so strong.

These finishes are very hard. That also makes them harder to repair and recoat.
