I hope you mean 'Northwest Oregon'! Or maybe 'NW United States'.

Some of my favorite places are at the mouth of the Salmon River, just north of Lincoln City, the bay at Netarts, and Willapa Bay just north of Astoria.

There are also many nice places on the Columbia River, and many pretty freshwater reservoirs.
