I have the new kayak shop and the are offsets included. Overall the book is great and recomended. it has a lot info and you will get a good idea of the process involved with stitch and glue.there are also forums like here and also CLC has one at www.clcboats.com mostly dedicated to their products. both these boards will give a wealth of info.if you built from a kit then the book will be all you need .hope this helps
