what is the consistency of the dyes used - like water? What stops the dye edge from migrating sideways into the outline strip - do you have it masked and the the glue line stops the sideways migration. or is careful application(painting) and the glue line enough?

Do you have a comment about resists on the surface - like say in a small area you seal coated only specific parts, dyed over the whole area and wiped off the dye so it wiped off where the seal was? Or do you think there would be migration under the seal coat edge partway?

neat method, i can't wait to see what the effect is when glassed.
